Description | **As of May 12, 2022, this project has been awarded to Millis Development & Construction, LLC and the awarded amount is $2,924,838.81" Project No. D20026 The Work is to include furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work necessary for the construction of approximately three thousand eight hundred and ninety (3,890) square yards of reinforced concrete pavement, four hundred and eighty (480) linear feet of 8" PVC water line, and three hundred and five (305) linear feet of 8" PVC sanitary sewer line, two hundred and ninety-two (292) linear feet of 36" Class III RCP, an amenity pond with a concrete fishing dock, two (2) pavilions, site lighting, and two (2) Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) pedestrian crossings for JJ Book Wilson Memorial Park in Princeton, Texas designed by Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. Pre-qualification of bidders is not required with the bid. The SUCCESSFUL BIDDER will be required to fill out the included qualification statement of the bidders form. The Owner reserves the right to accept the bid which, in its judgment provides the most value to the Owner; to reject any or all bids; and to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid received, deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner. Conditional or qualified bids will not be accepted. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating prices in the bid, the Owner reserves the right to accept the most advantageous construction thereof to the Owner or to reject the bid. No officer or employee of the Owner shall have a financial interest, direct or indirect, in any contract with the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn within one-hundred twenty (120) days after the Closing Time without prior written approval of the Owner. |
