Description

The Contractor agrees to provide all labor, tools, materials, and transportation to perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on two (2) emergency generators and associated automatic transfer switches (ATS). The tentative contract term dates will be July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2026. Any changes to the period of performance must be done as a written Amendment to the Agreement by the Office of Exposition Park Management. For contractors who need assistance due to a physical impairment, a reasonable accommodation will be provided by the awarding agency upon request. The Contractor must call or email Stacy Hiers at (213) 744-2098 / (213) 810-8375 or stacy.hiers@expositionpark.ca.gov by 5:00 pm, May 24, 2023, to arrange for a reasonable accommodation.
