| Description | Plumbing Supplies Certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid price must accompany each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. Late bids will not be accepted or considered. The Collingswood Board of Education assumes no responsibility for bids mailed or misdirected in delivery. The Collingswood Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any immaterial defects or informality in any bid or in the bidding should it be in the best interest of the Board to do so. All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P. L. 1975, C. 127, Affirmative Action Requirements, and Chapter 33, Laws of 1977, Stockholders Disclosure. |
