Description

The project is for the construction of ±4800 LFT of multi-use path from the Jane Ross Reeves Octagon house through City Park. The project also includes the construction of two (2) trailheads, various site amenities, restoration of existing soft- ball infield and basketball/tennis courts, new softball field, a new HMA parking lot, restoration of gravel parking lot, ±203 LFT of 12” storm sewer, sidewalk, pavement markings, grading, pavement widening and fire hydrant extension. The Alternate Bid will include the full reconstruction of the basketball/tennis court and trailhead water fountains.
