Nitro City Park Welcome Center, Pool and Sports Complex

The area designated for the pool is 116 ft. X 116 ft. The pool will have six, 25 yard lap lanes, a sun deck area, a zero entry area, and a slide with a deceleration area. Construction documents for the Contractor's use have been prepared by Aric Margolis Architecture with Triad Engineering and Harper Engineering as consultants. Proposals will be based on the information provided in the construction documents. The Contractor will work with the Owner's Construction Manager, Pray Construction, to coordinate the scope of work as required. To the extent permitted by law, the Owner, in consultation with the Architect, reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive all informalities in the solicitation process, and to make a selection from the proposals received that is solely in the best interest of the city of Nitro.

Division 26 -	Electrical, Special Purpose Lighting, Underwater Lighting.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Site Clearing, Earth Moving, Grading, Excavation and Fill.
