Description

Contractor shall provide both commercial/residential rooting, plumbing, maintenance and repair, modification and new installation services listed below to all Manhattan Beach owned and leased facilities. Services are to be provided on an emergency and scheduled basis as described below. Contractor shall include in their quotes all labor, materials, consumable materials and supplies, equipment, permits, tools, supervision, overhead (direct and indirect costs), any administrative fees, trip charges, truck charges, disposal fees, travel time and all other items necessary to complete the services in the scope. Proposals will be evaluated for compliance with specifications and subsequent recommendation to the City Council for award of bid or rejection of the responses, as deemed appropriate. The City reserves the right to make no award. Licensed to perform services as required by the City of Manhattan Beach Contract is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates Question Deadline 04/07/2023 at 12:00 PM PT
