As of April 8, 2022, project was awarded to Trademark Custom Homes, LLC, awarded amount is $490,431.30. Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition work, sitework, concrete, masonry, carpentry, wood trusses, roofing, new doors and hardware, interior finishes, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and coordination of the entire project, and all related work required for project completion, as indicated on the Bid and Contract Documents. Certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner, for not less than five percent (5%) of amount of bid, but in no event more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000), must accompany each proposal. Workmen's Compensation, extended fire and tornado insurance, public liability and property damage insurance, performance and payment bond, and Builders Risk insurance will be required. Insurance in compliance with requirements will be required at the signing of the Contract. Additional qualifications and requirements for General Contractor Bidders and separate Subcontractors and Manufacturers are indicated in the Bid and Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in their judgment, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted.
