| Description | Installation of a new surveillance camera system will vary between sites, due to the size and locations of where the camera systems will be installed. Camera installation requires the installation of Ethernet Cat6 cable from the camera to the MDF/IDF data rooms at each of the three (3) identified OTC Sites. The selected vendor shall install, wire and configure new IP cameras. This includes the installation of the server, racks, UPS and appropriate hardware and software for visual access. The recording device must be able to retain data for a period of at least six (6) months. The installation requires the vendor to assist the IT department with the network configurations for the new IP camera system. Provide a backup of the configurations once all configurations are completed. Provide one (1) year of labor warranty and three (3) years Manufacturer's warranty on equipment.
