| Description | 1. Demolish all plant wall material, including plants, plant support shelving, and water lines. Existing casework to remain on the first floor and third floor casework to be removed entirely. 2. For each section of plant wall, contractor shall locate existing driplines at the top of plant wall and demolish back to location that will be within the new wall design , cap and abandon water line in place. 3. Locate existing floor drains for each wall and cap with solid plate and abandon in place. 4. Vendor responsible for proper disposal of all material associated with the demolition of the existing plant walls. |
