Renovation for Archives GPC

In general the work consists of the renovation of 12,267 gross square feet at the southwest area of the 3rd floor of Gold Meir Library. The work includes selective demolition of existing interior construction, finishes and MEP systems to prepare the space for the construction of new interior collections storage space, office, classroom and public service spaces. The new work includes partitions, finishes, millwork, and modification to existing and new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
