2022 Park Improvements

The project consist of installing approximately 330 of 8sewer, water services, constructing gravel parking and approximately 2000 feet of gravel trail. Cashier or Certified check or bid bond made payable to Francis City Corporation in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Bid bonds must be underwritten by a Surety Company approved by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. (Circular 570, latest edition).DOCUMENT 00210 REQUIRED 24 HRS AFTER BID OPENING. If all required documents are not provided, the bid may be disqualified.
