District-Wide Parking and Pavement Improvement Project

The Indian Valley Local School District Board of Education is requesting proposals from firms to provide construction services for its District-Wide Parking and Pavement Improvement Project. The Project consists of all labor, materials, professional design services and any other services necessary for the work on the Owner's District-Wide Parking and Pavement Improvements Project. The Project is anticipated to include, but is not limited to, the following: (1) installation of a gravel parking lot and associated gravel access road, (2) paving an existing gravel parking lot, (3) paving improvements of a track and its auxiliary areas, (4) paving, drainage, and other improvements at the elementary schools, middle school, and high school located at multiple locations within the District. The anticipated Project scope is described in greater detail in Attachment 4, Project Narrative and Diagrams.
