Description

The Bid is subject to Indian Preference. If an Indian-owned firm's price is within 9% of the low bid, the contract will be awarded to that firm. However, proposals by qualified non-Indian firms are strongly encouraged. The Community reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The anticipated project scope of work will include but not be limited to the renovation of the single-family dwelling which contains approximately 1,580 square feet.
