Description | 12745 The project is located at the River Oaks Preserve located at the River Oaks Preserve (2117 SW 19 Ave), in the City of Fort Lauderdale. The work to be accomplished under this contract includes, but is not limited to, installation of wet well, effluent boxes, intake structures, chain link fence installation, waterline connections, sheet pile installation, concrete piling installation, landscaping & pavement restoration, handrail installation, pump station instrumentation installation, mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure installation, generator and transformer pad work and Maintenance of Traffic (MOT). While attendance is not mandatory, it is strongly suggested that all contractors attend the pre-proposal conference. It will be the sole responsibility of the bidder to inspect the City's location and become familiar with the scope of the City's requirements and systems prior to submitting a proposal. No variation in price or conditions shall be permitted based upon a claim of ignorance. Submission of a proposal will be considered evidence that the proposer has familiarized himself with the nature and extent of the work, equipment, materials, and labor required. Bidders may upload their original executed bid bond on website to accompany their electronic bids and deliver the original, signed and sealed hard copy within five (5) business days after bid opening, with the company name, bid number and title clearly indicated.
