Housing Rehabilitation Program Gutters, Post, And Deck - Davis

Replace all gutters on the house in brown, 3 of the 4 downs can be reused. Two replace rear 6x6 post from concrete stoop holding up corner of the roof on back entry, and replace access door with new covering to seal off behind concrete stoop. Remove front porch deck and steps. Support roof and beam overhead and they should not be damaged. Dig footings and build new deck frame. Possibly level up roof and reuse existing round columns. Build new steps off deck to existing sidewalk. All work done to 2015IRC permit required. The contractor and subcontractors are required to visit the project as part of bid preparation.
