| Description | The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the Adjutant General's Office, Division of Engineering and Facilities to establish a contract to provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to complete, the removal and proper disposal of the current roof, and the installation of a new EPDM membrane Fully Adhered Roofing System, at the Huntington Tri-State Armory, in Kenova, WV, per the attached specifications.Pursuant to the requirements contained in W. Va. Code 5-22-1(c), All Vendors submitting a bid on a construction project shall furnish a valid bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid protecting the State of West Virginia.
