Description

Project Description: The Project Scope consists of exterior improvements and construction at the corner of Morgantown Road and Loop Avenue - the traditional entrance to the campus. The campus fence will be extended from the recently completed Gate 1 around to the first entrance of the Fire & Rescue Building. A monument sign structure with mounted, illuminated panel signage will be constructed just inside the fence at the intersection. The existing monument sign at the same location will be demolished. Estimated Length of Project: 185 (Substantial Completion) + 30 (Final Completion) Questions must be submitted no later than 12:00 P.M., Eastern Time, May 2, 2023
