HVAC System Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services

The HVAC system preventative maintenance and repair services, as needed for that certain property located at 6347 Plymouth Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri 63133 and commonly known as the MET Center. The Services shall include, and the successful consultant shall provide, all labor, personnel, material, replacement parts and components, tools, equipment, lubricants, coolants, filters, and other supplies to provide and perform full and complete preventative maintenance, service adjustment, replacement, upgrades, repair, inspection and testing of the HVAC system installed at the MET Center, so that it operates in a safe and reliable condition. This includes, but is not limited to (1) performance of regular preventative maintenance and repair work for the HVAC system at the MET Center, which should be based on the requirements of the original equipment manufacturer; (2) providing and installing new air filters, as needed; (3) providing technicians trained in repair and maintenance of relevant equipment; (4) advising when a replacement should be considered because a repair may not be cost effective; (5) providing direct response to any and all requests for repair service throughout the duration of the contracted period.
