| Description | The project includes one (1) base bid and two (2) alternate bids. The Base Bid consists of roadway and drainage improvements to approximately 1,000 LF of Fairview Avenue including mill and pave, roadway reconstruction, HMA overlay and base repair. Improvements to Fairview Avenue also consist of the installation of approximately 1,100 linear feet of 8" HDPE pipe, connection of roof leader/sump pumps to the proposed pipe and inlet upgrades. The Base Bid also consists of roadway improvements to Brookside Drive, Glenbrook Road and Elkwood Avenue including mill and pave, full depth pavement repair, ADA curb ramp replacement, traffic striping and all other improvements shown within the construction plans. Alternate Bid 'A' and 'B' generally consist of roadway improvements to successive sections of Elkwood Avenue including mill and pave, full depth pavement repair, ADA curb ramp replacement, traffic striping and all other improvements. |
