BISC 251091, Roofing Replacement and Pavilion Structure on the Department of Interior (DOI)

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Homestead, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; religious / funeral development; and warehouse / distribution facility. The National Park Services intends to issue a solicitation for the BISC 251091, Roofing Replacement & Pavilion Structure on the Department of Interior (DOI) Alt/Repair Construction Services Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to the MATOC Building Florida Vendors. The anticipated Formal Solicitation date is July 15, 2022 and is currently processing through Contracting, Compliance and Funding approval with a high expectation of approval, to maintain acquisition schedules for award this Fiscal Year we are releasing the Plans and Specifications to the MATOC Vendors for preparation of the acquisition and any questions that may develop. Due to file size the Plans and Specifications will be posted for availability but only the authorized Florida MATOC Vendors will be allowed to submit proposals for the requirement, the formal RFP will be issued via email through the MATOC registered DOI portal. Note the copy of the Drawings is a compressed copy, if interested in the full copy, it is 160MB so please provide a way for transfer since NPS does not currently have system ability to transfer a file that size externally. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
