Description

The project consists of 12 tennis courts, (1) small basketball court and (2) pickle ball courts located at three parks locations throughout Cary, NC. The selected contractor shall install the courts as specified in the construction documents for the base bid. Other work shall include the installation of new posts and fence fabric, modifying sections of existing concrete sidewalks to match the finish elevations of the new. The project includes several alternates and allowances.
