Emergency Sewage Cleanup Services

Provide emergency cleaning services to cleanup sewage spills at residential or commercial properties on an as needed basis anywhere within Fulton County. These services require response availability 24 hours a day/ seven days per week, 365 days a year including Holidays. Cleanup services must meet but not limited to the industry standards of ANSI/IICRC S500 Water Damage Restoration and ANSI/IIRC S520 Mold Remediation –Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Water Damage Restoration and for Professional Mold Remediation. 1. Extract all sewage from contaminated areas 2. Remove and dispose of contaminated contents and material 3. Remove wall board 12” beyond the limit of contamination 4. Remove and dispose of contaminated vanities, etc. 5. Wash structural studs, flooring etc. 6. Extract as area is being washed 7. Install containment wall to minimize contamination, if necessary 8. Maintain the room(s)/area(s) under negative air pressure 9. Dis-infect the entire contaminated area with anti-microbial solution and apply germicide 10. Install drying fans/dehumidifiers 11. Provide monitoring service calls, to check on equipment and take readings 12. Provide detailed inventory with digital pictures of removed contaminated items 13. Contaminated contents/material shall be removed from the site in a timely manner – within 24-48 hours of service.
