LHISD New Middle School #3 - Bid Package #1

Plans call for the new construction of a middle school located at 450 N Highway 183 in Liberty, TX 78642. The new building will be structural steel frames with ICF and metal stud wall systems. The overall project will have site improvements, including but not limited to, paving, parking, and landscaping. Current drawings include bid package #1, FINAL BID, for the following scopes: - Structural steel, joist, deck (fabrication / supply only) - Roofing (supply and install / full scope) - Mechanical (includes RTU's and WSHP's - supply only) - Electrical gear (includes switchgear, panels, and disconnects supply only) This is a 75% CD Budget Request for all other scopes including the remainder of the work associated with bid package #1 scopes. The final bid scopes should be considered standalone pricing separate from the forthcoming bid package #2. Bid package #2 for the remainder of the scopes will be bid in August 2022. Also please provide applicable VE options. Any and all VE opportunities are appreciates.
