| Description | The Work covers the demolition and renovation of West Oak Lane Library Roof located at 2000 E. Washington Lane. Demolition includes removal of existing roofing to lightweight concrete fill. Repairs to be made to fill if needed. Roofing includes installation of roof insulation, blocking at roof edge and curbs, new metal fascia and counter flashings, and mutli-ply modified bitumen system. Replace roof drains to be replaced and install safety rail system around roof hatch. |
