| Description | The scope consists of upgrading controls and interfaces, power feed and distribution systems, and actuation and braking systems on a 325-ton overhead bridge crane located in the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB) at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center (KSC) in Florida. The work includes replacing the hoist and travel brakes, the crane power feed rail, the E-Stop system, all operator interface devices, hook rotation system, hoist weighing system, motor controls, PLC Systems, Tachometers and Encoders, UPS, and power distribution system. The scope will include design, installation, testing, and other incidental related work. |
