John Randall Field Parking Lot and part of R.J. Hughes Drive and Laura Hughes Drive The project shall be the construction of Street and Parking Lot Improvement District No. ST19-245 (John Randall Field Parking Lot and part of R.J. Hughes Drive and Laura Hughes Drive); consisting of earthwork, storm sewer, drain tile, storm sewer lift station, aggregate base, asphalt pavement, seal coat, concrete sidewalks, concrete driveways lighting, pavement marking, seeding, hydro mulch, trees, landscaping, lighting and other miscellaneous items.
