Description

Scope of Work: Bid for Riverton Park Security Cameras is a Construction project complying with the specifications herein. The Contractor is responsible for contracting and managing all subcontractors required to complete the work. The project includes purchase and installation of a surveillance camera system at Riverton Park (2 Riverton Drive, Portland, ME 04103). The camera system shall include, but not limited the following: 22 tamper and weather proof surveillance cameras to cover exterior locations; equal to or better than auto iris, true WDR, ultra-low light, -40 C rated, 3MP Super HD 2K resolution cameras to work in complex day/night environments; cameras need to be able to view detail in low light with at least 120 db of dynamic range with low temperature ratings.
