Description

The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment and materials required to maintain landscaped areas on designated roadway medians, swales, parks, improved lots, vacant lots and other indicated facilities within City limits and related to City owned properties. Components include the maintenance and care of grassed areas, shearing of shrubbery, ground covers turf fertilization, the removal of tree saplings, weed control and mulch where indicated.
