For Old Chattanooga Pike Sewer Main Extension The project includes installation of approximately 745 feet of 8-inch PVC SDR26 sewer pipe and three new manholes. The project is located at 764 Old Chattanooga Pike SW, Cleveland, TN. Contractor is fully responsible for making sure sealed bid is delivered to Cleveland Utilities by the closing date and time. Cleveland Utilities will maintain a plan holders list so that any addendums can be distributed in a timely manner No bid may be withdrawn within 45 days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. All questions should be directed to Matt Bolt. Cleveland Utilities reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all bids. All bidders must be licensed Contractors in compliance with all requirement of the State of Tennessee Contractors Licensing Act.
