Description | Statement of Work. Statement of Work Parts and Upgrades For Fire Alarm Control Center Upgrade & Fire Alarm Combination Bldg. 7 and 12 Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for the following: 1 Desigo CC Workstation-Client with software 1 Workstation Monitor Display Licensing for 2000 Fire Alarm Points Licensing for Workstation Client Text and Report Generating Software 1 Printer to work with Client reporting software Work includes, but is not limited to: Installation of Fire Alarm Server Equipment Contractor will provide the services, tools, material, equipment and supervision needed to install the above listed material to work with the existing Siemens Fire Alarm system. This will result in the ability for facility staff to run both inventory and status reports on the property s fire alarm devices. Technicians doing the install must be certified Siemens Fire Alarm technicians. Combination of Fire Alarm Annunciation Contractor will provide the services, tools and material and supervision needed to reprogram the Siemens Fire alarm system to provide combined Notification Appliance Operation between Building 7 and Building 12. This will result in both buildings annunciation devices to activate in the event of a fire alarm at either building. Technicians must be certified Siemens Fire Alarm technicians. Quality Control Contractor is responsible for maintaining a clean environment during the installation/programming of the equipment. Upon completion of the project all remaining materials are to be removed or disposed of and existing equipment shall be properly turned in through property management. All codes shall be strictly adhered to and maintained throughout the entirety of the project and upon completion a final inspection will be done to verify no codes, standards or regulations have been violated. Working hours shall be between 8am and 430pm Monday through Friday. Contractor is required to check in and out with the Electronics shop supervisor each day. All items to be delivered and work completed within 1 weeks after notice-to-proceed. |
