| Description | Bids must be made on the Bid Proposal Form included with the bid specification, be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and "Purchase of Water Meters" on the outside, addressed to Municipal Clerk, at the address above. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. Take further notice that the Borough of Clayton reserves the right to award the contract for a period of up to sixty days or such longer time as may be agreed upon after the receipt of said bids and that the Borough may reject any or all bids. The Bidder proposes to furnish the products specified at the unit prices awarded as needed for the duration of the contract. |
