Aldercrest Campus Field Replacement Project

Work includes but is not limited to converting an existing natural grass field to a synthetic turf surface; Installation and maintenance of temporary erosion and sedimentation controls; Selective Demolition of existing utilities, pavements, and improvements; Earthwork including management of soil moisture content, stripping; excavations & fills in support of the construction generally but including utilities, field bases, storm-water detention, and fencing, compaction and density control, and export of soil material in excess of that necessary to complete the work; Storm Drainage Utilities including new storm drailis, piping, control structures, detention facilities, and water quality treatment systems; Concrete work including curbs and flatwork; Chain Link Fencing systems; Battery Operated Automatic Irrigation Systems; Complete, vertically draining permeable aggregate field base including field subsurface drainage; Site Furnishings and Equipment including soccer goals and anchors; Coordination. and Cooperation with Contractors working on the Owner's behalf on the project site; Maintenance of the work in progress through. Final Completion; Final Cleaning; Warranties.
