| Description | Furnishing of Bituminous Emulsified Asphalt for Jasper County during the year of 2023. This provides that there shall be provided by the successful bidder a five (5) day written notice of any change in price. All bids are to be per specification and outside envelopes plainly marked as to same item. All bids are to be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or surety bond, in the sum of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid or bids. All bids shall be on forms as prescribed by the Indiana State Board of Accounts. Said forms are obtainable from the County The right to reject any and/or all bids is hereby reserved by the Board of Commissioners of Jasper County, Indiana. Contracts are to be awarded to the successful bidder on January 3, 2023 or at a later date. |
