Description

As of March 28, 2023, an architect has been selected and this project is in the design phase. Architect firm information has not been determined. It is anticipated construction will start in 2nd Quarter 2024 and be completed 4th quarter 2025. This project will renovate at least 18 restrooms, dressing rooms and other backstage areas in the back of house space at the Buell Theatre, addressing multiple ADA deficiency findings and bringing new life into a space that has been unchanged since opening in 1991.
