Pressure Washing / Window Washing: Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, materials, vehicles, and equipment necessary to complete pressure washing and window washing of building 2400 - Weapons Station to include soft cleaning of exterior brick. - Exterior walls of building 2400, surrounding parking lot, and sidewalks are approximately 405,000 sq ft. Total number of windows needing washed is 469.
