| Description | 1. The intent of this specifications and attached drawings is for the supplier design, fabricate and deliver to the owner replacement relay panels to replace existing electromechanical relays located in the owners 15kv circuit breakers using major items of equipment as outlined in this specification and as shown on the drawings. 2. The supplier design, detail, material fabrication, assembly, and testing shall comply with the latest revision of ANSI, NEMA, and IEEE standards. All materials used in the construction of the relay panels shall be New, Unused, Non-Surplus materials of current design, and shall include all relays, wiring, components, etc.., as required to manufacture the relay panels. |
