Z1da--554-20-103 Install Partitions at Check-In Desks

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to demolish and install new check-in desks at 15 locations throughout the VA hospital. This work will require demolition of existing desks/casework and surrounding flooring and subsequent construction and installation of new desks/casework based on the design shown in the associated drawings and specs. The surrounding space must be restored to equal or better condition upon completion of the work including but not limited to dry wall, paint, and flooring. This work will require electrical and data/low voltage to be removed from the existing desk and reinstalled in the new desk as well as code yellow buttons. The contractor will be required to set up ICRA level 3 containment around each desk/work area for the duration of the work. The containment should not impede the ability for patients and staff to travel through the waiting space.
