Cocoa Village Historic Playhouse Elevator Upgrades

The City of Cocoa is soliciting for a contractor to provide the labor, material, and equipment to modernize the elevator located at the Cocoa Village Historic Playhouse 300 Brevard Avenue, Cocoa, Florida, 32922. The existing elevator controllers are no longer available, requiring replacement and updating. This work includes new controls and updates required to meet modern codes and the ADA act. Small Business Set Asides (i.e. Woman Owned, Minority, Veteran, Disadvantaged etc.) are encouraged to submit bid/proposals concerning this solicitation. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals, with or without a cause; to waive technical errors and informalities; and to award proposals to the highest rated responsive and responsible bidder. One or more of the City Council members may be present at the bid/proposal opening.
