Pest Control Services

The successful proposer will provide routine service for control of all roaches, spiders, water bugs, ants, tics, fleas, other crawling insects, rats & mice (rodents) as required. The contractor will use their own chemicals, pesticides, bait, equipment & technicians. These services will be provided at the following Reading Housing Authority (RHA) properties including, Franklin Tower, Kennedy Towers, George M. Rhodes Apts., Dwight D. Eisenhower Apts., Samuel G. Hubert Apts., Glenside Homes, Hensler Homes, Oakbrook Homes, Sylvania Homes, River Oak, Emma Lazarus, Scattered Sites, all management buildings & the Central Administration Building. Bedbug Service: A visual inspection of each unit is to be done for evidence of bedbugs. The inspection for bedbugs will be visual without moving furniture. If bedbugs are found, documentation & a review/meeting must be given to the Reading Housing Authority management personnel at each location upon completion of each day's routine services. The unit pricing schedule on the bid form will then apply.
