Description

To engineering firms to provide continuing professional services to the City for various projects as-needed. Professional services under this contract will be restricted to those required for any project for which construction costs will not exceed $4 million, and for any study activity for which fees will not exceed $500,000.00. The Term of this Contract shall be for an initial period of five (5) years from the date of execution by both the City and the Consultant.
