Description

Provide design services to evaluate the existing configuration of the streets and parking within the town and to design an improved traffic circulation arrangement with additional parking. The successful bidder will evaluate the existing configuration and provide recommendations as described in the scope of services in section II. The successful proposer will also provide a civil plan set for the use by the town for construction of the new design.
