| Description | The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as shown on the Drawings and as described in the Specifications. The work consists of the installation of 570 linear feet of steel bulkhead cap on an existing steel sheet pile bulkhead, demolition of existing concrete block seawall, construction of 215 linear feet of new steel sheet pile bulkhead with railing and solar lighting, roadway reconstruction, and site restoration. The work is located along the westerly end of North Cove Road in the Gandy's Beach section of Downe Township, and includes: site work and general construction. The work shall be completed within 120 calendar days of the Contractor's receipt of written Notice to Proceed. |
