For Athens Neighborhood Health Center Expansion and Renovation at McKinley Drive The project will be constructed in phases and the existing building must remain operation throughout construction. The site is limited in size and a small lay down area is spelled out in civil documents. LEED certification is not required for this project. The deadline for Request for information (RFI's) is Tuesday, January 3rd by the end of the day. Also, there are two (2) days that site visits are allowed only Friday 12/23/22 and Friday 12/30/22 at 10:00 AM EST. No coordination is required. A representative from the owner will be there on site. The existing clinic needs to remain operational; therefore, some night work needs to be included. The estimated range of this project is between $1.2 million and $1.8 million *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. An original Bid Bond for 5% of the total bid must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required if contract is awarded The Bidder shall affix to the outside of its bid envelope, its Georgia General Contractor License Number.
