12200 South Sewer Upsizing Project

Bids will only be accepted from Bidders who have been pre-qualified for the Project. The Work includes upsizing of the existing sewer line in accordance with the contract documents. The work includes Installation of 1,445 feet of 15" PVC Sewer Pipe and 20 feet of 8" PVC Sewer Pipe, trenchless installation of 120 LF of 30" steel casing, installation of 7 sewer manholes, removal of existing 10" sewer pipe and sewer manholes, reconnecting sewer laterals, and all appurtenant items, in accordance with the Contract Documents Bids (on the Bid form and Bid Schedule form) must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders and in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bidder's Bid naming the District as Obligee. Bids must also be accompanied by a completed Information Required of Bidder and any other documents and information which may be required by the Instructions to Bidders to be submitted with the Bid. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work on or before March 15, 2023 and the entire Work shall be finally completed and ready for final payment in accordance with all requirements of the Contract Documents on or before April 15, 2023 or not later than forty-five (45) days after Substantial Completion of the entire Work if no date is set forth herein.
