| Description | Flooring design, specifically a design element that will be appropriate for terrazzo flooring, in an entrance way and stairway landings – incorporating the concept that libraries are both a retreat and sanctuary, but filled with imagination. Designs should be concise and clearly sketched, and employ up to ONLY four (4) colors, with up to twelve (12) design elements imbedded. The Marathon Library is designed with a coastal color scheme of blues, greens, and grays. All proposed artwork shall be original and site specific. |
