Choctaw Nation Merit Energy Building Remodel

To perform a full interior and exterior remodel of the former BP Merit Energy Building to become the new Choctaw Nation Community Center. The building is approximately 20,000 square feet and will consist of new kitchen, auditorium/assembly, computer lab, office space, break rooms, conference rooms, secured child visitation rooms with video surveillance and controlled access, as well as a stage in the community area. The project also includes new parking areas and a FEMA rated above ground custom built storm shelter.
