1.1 Scope: This proposal is to provide the City of Columbus with a Universal Term Contract (blanket type) to purchase Conductors, Wire and Cable to be used on the Division of Power's electrical distribution system. The proposed contract will be in effect through March 31, 2025. 1.2 Classification: The successful bidder will provide and deliver conductors, wire and cable. Bidders are required to show experience in providing this type of material and/or services as detailed in these specifications. 1.2.1 Bidder Experience: The offeror must submit an outline of its experience and work history in these types of materials and/or warranty service for the past ten years manufacturing electrical conductors, wires, and cables. 1.2.2 Bidder References: The offeror shall have documented proven successful contracts from at least four customers that the offeror supports that are similar in scope, complexity, and cost to the requirements of this specification.
