Heintz Center South Parking Lot Improvements

Description: RCTC Heintz Center South Parking Lot Improvement project is a reconstruct of the existing parking lot. The project includes the removal of roughly 95,000 square feet of bituminous and curb and gutter of the parking lot South of the C-Tech building and Southeast of Heintz Center. With the addition of a nearly 8,000 square foot filtration pond area, the majority of water is to be pre-treated now compared to the existing parking lot. This project includes specifically but is not limited to electrical design with added light standards, new curb and gutter with sidewalk added throughout the site, additional catch basins added with storm sewer, and security cameras.
