| Description | The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment required for retrofitting four (4) existing stormwater retention basins located at Gauguin Way, Franklin Township Municipal Building, Laird Terrace, and Renoir Way in Franklin Township generally consisting, but not limited to, the following: 1.Installation of small berms within the basin to increase detention time; 2.Grading adjustments; 3. Revegetation of the basins with native herbaceous wildflowers, grasses, and seed; 4. Removal of the low flow channels and retrofitting of the existing outlet structures |
