This shared use path will continue the shared use path created in the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP) project, CAT 252, on NYCDEP owned Route 28A. The project will increase safely and mobility for pedestrians and bicyclists travelling between the Hamlet of Boiceville and the Boiceville Bridge Ashokan Rail Trail access on Route 28A. The current status of the project is In Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Winter 2022/2023. Construction is expected to begin in Spring 2023. Construction is expected to be completed in Winter 2023/2024. This Project is Located in the Hudson Valley Region and Includes the Following: Counties Ulster Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the NYS Department of Transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page.
